Patrick is an Executive Coach that specializes in working with senior executives involved in China and other parts of Asia. Other senior executives seek him to coach on CEO challenges due to his extensive experience in the business world. He is also the Managing Director of Custer Capital, LLC and a founder of Venture Pacific Group, of which he is a director, a specialty advisory company focused on cross pacific investments between the US and China.

Mr. Custer was first introduced to China and its growing influence to the world as an international exchange and foreign monetary policy expert. He has made extensive travels to China and all of Asia over the past 25 years.

He contributes as a guest speaker for SMU’s EMBA and Global MBA programs, University of Texas at Dallas School of Management, Texas Tech University, MBA, Entrepreneurship, Peking University and other educational venues. Patrick is a requested speaker for many other functions and events throughout the world. He is a Board member of the International Coach Federation NT and graduated from University of Texas at Dallas Executive and Professional Coaching. His undergraduate degree was from Texas Tech University.

Mr. Custer was the Chairman and CEO of several companies such as Curtis Mathes Corporation, The Donny Osmond Entertainment Corporation, and uniView Technologies. He has held additional Board of Director positions at Texas American Bank, Hamilton-Vanguard, Jefferson Bank and Trust and others.

His technical experience began at Texas Instruments and Honeywell as an engineer as well as various senior management positions. Financial background was formed around his tenure at EF Hutton where he concentrated in International Monetary Exchange and Foreign Monetary Policies for Asia. Member International Coach Federation and the American Psychological Association.

Patrick is also on the Board of Advisors for NTEC (North Texas Enterprise Center for Medical Technology), and a full member of CEO Netweavers.
